Nice to Meet You

I’m Hila Zaguri, happily married to Lahav and a proud mother of four wonderful children.

After 17 meaningful years of service in the Israeli Navy, where I served as an officer and commander, I decided to follow my true calling. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, I am a certified Parent Educator in Nonviolent Communication, a certified Doula, a certified AromaTouch Technique®, and a certified Childbirth Preparation Instructor.

My Journey

My journey into the world of birth work began out of a deep sense of mission and from my own incredible birth experiences. I felt that my heart belonged here, and all I wanted was to help more and more women experience birth as something positive, empowering, and transformative.

My Passion

Every time I talk about birth, my eyes light up with passion and love for this work and that energy is contagious. 😍
Even before becoming certified, I had the privilege of supporting many friends during their births. Since then, I have been constantly learning, expanding my toolbox, and refining the way I support women and families.

My Belief

I strongly believe in physiological birth, and my approach is practical and down-to-earth. All of my children were born through natural births.

I tailor my support to the needs of the mother and her partner, using tools such as Spinning Babies® balancing techniques, reflexology, essential oils, homeopathy, movement, breathing, relaxation, and more.

Birth is a gateway to new beginnings it influences so many aspects of life afterwards: bonding with your baby, the early stages of parenting, your relationship as a couple, your sense of empowerment, and your recovery

My Vision - Halo & Heart

As the CEO of Halo & Heart, I believe we should do everything possible to ensure that the birth experience is positive and uplifting.

The clinic employs several doulas who believe in my approach so that we can provide service to any woman who wants it and so that I can match each woman with the right doula for her.
